Recently became a vendor for AFI and all the staff is genuinely kind and helpful. I have a good feeling about our relationship. I highly recommend becoming a resident at one of their apartment facilities.If they treat their vendors well, I can only imagine how helpful the staff would be to their clients needs.
I interviewed for a Property Manager Internship a few months ago and was really excited about the opportunity of working for AFI. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to accept the position but really appreciated the professionalism that was shown by everyone I interacted with.

I have always been skeptical about living in a big city as I am used to smaller towns. When I first arrived here, things weren't quite what I expected. Things took a little longer to get done and other items that lead me to not liking this place that much. However, ever since Brenda has fully taken over this place has been great to live in. She works with ypu through problems, and is very empathetic with people. She and the maintenance crew have really done a fantastic job, and I hope they can keep this staff on. Great people our units were just sold to the complex and I love the fact now I can pay online and don't have to run down a money order or write a check in the mail. Had a maintenance issue and they got right on it the very same day I requested the service. Only issue I have is my apartment is very outdated but understandable and the Cabinets when they were installed they were installed backwards. The doors open opposite of what you would expect. Other then that I would recommend.
