RecommendedI moved here about a month ago and the whole experience has been wonderful. The community is filled with spectacular neighbors and the apartments are well designed and updated. I would recommend these apartments to anyone and I hope to stay here for a long time.

I have lived here for 8 years and think it's a terrific place to live. office staff are very friendly . Every year we have had a pool party and they try to do something for most of the holidays. I don't know of anywhere in Topeka that does anything like that for there tenants.I think it's a great place to live. You should come check us out .
I am recently moving in to these apartments and so far I am happy with the management and community. Management was very fast, I got the information I needed, and signed my lease in the same day as I applied. Manager was kind and explained everything to me. The apartments are nice. I am really excited to be apart of this community.
I love this beautiful place, the staff and every one are very nice, My apartment is very nice and clean, they all so have a play ground for the kids. excellent place to live, come check it out
Great community to live in, with great staff. I lived here from 2015-2018. I would recommend this as a place to check out for living.
