It is a fun place to live at. The office mgrs are wonderful. Every month they have a resident gathering and its a lot fun. They are very friendly and have done alot to make this place fun to live here. The residents are also friendly and easy to get along with. I would recommend anyone to come and live here and enjoy our apartments. Its loads of fun!!!!!!
Great staff always willing to help. They always try to hold events for the tenants, from pool parties to kids movie nights during the summer. The maintenance staff has a wealth of knowledge and very courteous, the get delayed just like maintenance anywhere else does but anything within control is done quickly as possible. Can't say enough good things about the staff that has been here through the last 3 years, they truly care about the people that they rent to. Thanks for the years of great service and kindness.

Disgusting. Don’t clean them properly before moving in. Noise complaints and cops here constantly due to noise and neighbors. Violent neighbors. Maintenance that doesn’t do their jobs and management that hangs up on you when you call and ask for help repeatedly. Worst place I’ve lived in Topeka by far. Allows people to smoke in apartments and all over leaving filth and cigarette butts. Manager Brenda is hardly in office and when she is she doesn’t answer calls or call back residents with issues.
