He communicates important info quickly, follows up on resident concerns, and is honestly just a nice guy all around. It’s refreshing to have a landlord that doesn’t try to take advantage of you. The townhome I lived in was a great catch for the price and the pool and lake were nice community features. Plus it’s in a prime location in Columbia.  RecommendedArbor Manor is a great place to live. It’s quiet and it’s in a very convenient location. The apartments are clean and the grounds are well kept.Â
 RecommendedTheresa is personable, reasonable, and friendly. As a young woman living on my own for the first time, she helped me feel comfortable and safe while residing there. I was able to get all of my security deposit back, too. Staff is dependable. I would highly recommend choosing Whitehall Apartments as your home.Â
