RecommendedAlthough I have never lived her I would give this apartment complex top notch rating. I have been here several times and I know the property manager. It is a very well run complex and extremely clean. The tenants that I have encountered while visiting seem to be very friendly. My daughter used to live here years ago and she was quite happy with the apartment that she rented. I would certainly recommend this apartment complex to anybody looking for a great central place to live in Topeka.
