I am super happy with my home and having Marina by my side through the negotiation, inspection, and closing process gave me a massive advantage.

When it was time for us to purchase our first home in Jersey City, Sebastian was our first call. He made the entire process effortless for my wife and I. He was able to answer any questions we had right away and is extremely knowledgeable. He was able to recommend excellent attorneys, loan officers, inspectors, etc. right away. Everyone we used in the deal was a recommendation from Sebastian, and they were all great to work with. We closed our purchase in 45 days, and we could not be happier!
