Bottom-line, Ken was professional and extremely responsive. Ken lent his knowledge of the Hoboken area, and facilitated a successful negotiation which led to my girlfriend and I finding the perfect home within only a few days. Ken was also honest through-out the search process, and went beyond to advocate for us while closing. The entire process was seamless. I highly recommend Ken, especially for anyone searching in the Hoboken/ Jersey city area.
Jenn was great from the very first moment and ensured that there were few if any inconveniences faced throughout the entire process. Any queries I had were replied to promptly and cordially and a lease was negotiated and agreed to with relative ease. She made the experience stress free and was a pleasure to deal with, I'd be more than happy to recommend.
