Doris was an excellent real estate agent to work with. She was patient with me during my home search, which took me over a year and a half (on and off). She was very knowledgeable in the Hudson county housing market, she had recommendations for lenders that gave me better rates than I got at bigger banks, and she was able to negotiate a lower selling price for me. I had a very good experience overall.

Dan was the perfect balance of persistent, knowledgeable, hard working, and responsive. He was able to help me and answer any questions I had immediately and straight to the point. Doris was incredibly patient during our painstaking effort to buy a condo. We started off by just doing market research, and Doris was very understanding and never pressured us into buying earlier than we were ready. It was a pleasure working with Dan. I was not in the same state so Dan and his team were able to handle every aspect of the deal including handling contractors to do some quick fixes for the apartment. He was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. I could not imagine the process going any smoother.

Kasey was an excellent agent throughout the whole moving process! She showed us multiple units on multiple occasions and had great recommendations along the way as well. She even was kind enough to come one day when we needed to measure a few of the bedrooms. Her email responses were always prompt and detailed, so we always felt confident that we found the right place to live. Would definitely recommend using again!!
