Wow! Such courteous, professional service. And they didn’t even charge me anything, which I felt bad about, but also grateful. My technician today was Kyle, and he was amazing. I felt kind of foolish because it was a very simple fix, but he handled it with care and attention and didn’t make me feel foolish. Since he was already here, I had him make sure my other toilets were ok. He was gracious about that, and checked each one carefully, making minor adjustments as needed.
