Richard was on time and explained everything clearly. Answered questions and he was professional & friendly. From beginning was deflawed for work. We were told that Josh over employees would be here. Richard was amazing. He worked very hard to get the clog taken care of and repeatedly snaked the line until he got the plug unclogged. Was great worker and extremely professional.
