The Technician that arrrived at our home was Richard Wade. He was excellent. He was on time, presented and acted professionally, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He also provided the estimate and performed the work. <br /> We had a leaking hot water tank that was original to the home (>15 years) it was time to replace it. Turns out hte building codes have evolved since then and Richard made sure the new installation was up to code and in compliance. They were recommended by ourneighbors, so we figured we would give them a try. I liked how quickly they were able to come out to our house and that they arrived when they said they would. They identified the problem quickly and were able to repair it the same day they came out even though they needed to get parts and the appointment was in the afternoon. They fixed it quickly and I felt their price was fair and what I expected. <br />
We spoke with Alex and explained the problem. He did an estimate and proceeded to install new piping.she was extremely pleased with the work they did and the friendly manner in which she was treated! This was a great compliment coming from her! Thank you Alex and All About Plumbing!!!!
