The Technician that arrrived at our home was Richard Wade. He was excellent. He was on time, presented and acted professionally, and was incredibly knowledgeable. He also provided the estimate and performed the work. <br /> We had a leaking hot water tank that was original to the home (>15 years) it was time to replace it. They were recommended by ourneighbors, so we figured we would give them a try. I liked how quickly they were able to come out to our house and that they arrived when they said they would. They identified the problem quickly and were able to repair it the same day they came out even though they needed to get parts and the appointment was in the afternoon. They fixed it quickly and I felt their price was fair and what I expected. <br />
