bargain. My tank outlet wier box was very deteriorated (unreinforced concrete) and had to be replaced with an effluent filter. Filter and installation seemed a little pricey at $850 since it only took an hour or so. I have seen effluent filters online for between 100 to 300 (filter only) so I would definitely shop around on this portion of the repair if I had it to do over again. Overall I am very happy with the service and Tim made no attempt to sell me something I didn't need. <br />
