Richard came out almost immediately on a Saturday morning to take a look at our situation. He was knowledgeable about the plumbing code and willing to work with his suppliers to get the parts needed to do the installation on the same day, even though some of them closed on Saturdays at noon. We were not available to be home that afternoon, so he said he could come back on a Sunday which was extremely generous since he had to call someone in to work to help with the installation. Only plumbers in the area that would work me into their scheduled. Determined that septic tank was in desperate need of pumping. Carl and Tim worked in the dark and rain to locate, excavate and pump the tank. Both where very professional and did a great job.

First I thought it was my septic tank. So I asked them to clean it out. That was not the problem, but the person stayed and found the problem. He was able to get the pipes cleared. Great work!
Couldn't have been better. The experience started with an actual person answering my call and letting me know when he could get to me. It took a fair bit of digging before we found the tank. On digging down to it, it was discovered that the outlet hatch was directly beneath a huge azalea bush. To my wife's great pleasure, the tech was able to dig up the azalea, unharmed, so it could be transplanted. Once into the tank, the san tee was found to be damaged, and was repaired on the spot. All told, 2-1/2 hours work, and everything's perfect. We could not be more pleased with the work, the timeliness, and the price.
