On time, friendly, explained his work. Only complaint was that he allowed a lot of water to run on the floor in our workshop, which ran under shelving, etc. He did mop up as much as possible.

He showed up when scheduled and did a good job. But $751 for a morning's work for one guy seems excessive. Their billable rate must be about $200/hr (a hose bib and an elbow cost under $50). <br />
