went well, justthe cost was more than I expected, especially with the $25.00 coupon from Angie's list. My wife said they had to provide some parts for the bathroom sink to get the faucet to stop leaking. <br />

Several different plumbers came over the course of the extensive restoration effort. Each was highly competent, professional, and effective. The cost is a guess since this work was included in the overall estimate for the full job (and I have misplaced the itemized costs). <br /> Overall they took out the toilet so the floor work could begin and replaced the toilet and the two-sink vanity after the floor was completed. Copper line into our water heater burst early in the morning. I called and spoke with Caleb who advised that he could have someone out to me that same day and that he would call back by lunch time to let me know better when someone could be here. He called back right at 12:00 noon to advise that someone would be here within the next hour and a half, then called again about an hour later to let me know that the service man was on his way. Ryan R. showed up in a timely manner after contact. I felt the initial estimate for putting a 1 ft section of PEX to replace the connection was high, but the services he provided to go to Lowes to get the pressure switch to complete the repair late in the evening made up for it. He was very friendly. <br />

The service was really good. The part failed that they installed and they came quickly and replaced it under warranty. The guy was really professional and he did a good job. I have no complaint's at all.

The service went very well. They were very prompt and they do pride themselves on being on time and on schedule. They did good work and the guy was easy to work with and he was knowledgeable as well. They are the best plumbers that I have ever had. The price was what they quoted and it was fair for the work they did. They were very professional to work with. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job and I would recommend them. I was impressed by the tools they have and the materials that they used.

My experience with them was good. They were on time, which was nice. The quote they gave me was what the cost of the service ended up being.
