It went very well. Chris continued to ask about how things were going and made sure we understood how things were going throughout the process. Chris and Nate cleaned up through the work time. They were very respectful of our house. The work looks great and it works as promised. As well they provide a 10 year warranty on parts and labor. <br /> <br />It was not cheap but worth every penny. Our septic tank pump went out last Friday evening. The following morning, I called the office and spoke with a friendly and professional receptionist, who told me that they had immediate availability, and that someone could probably come out that same afternoon. Unfortunately, they weren't actually able to come out until Monday afternoon, two days later, at which time they diagnosed a possible electrical issue, and recommended that I consult with an electrician before proceeding any further. SAVE YOURSELF, so many better more ethical plumbers out there! I had a kitchen pipe clog up at a rental. Called them out, the guy seemed to work hard to get it cleared, to no avail. Wasn't aware they were charging me $382 whether they actually got it cleared or not... first sign I wasn't dealing with an ethical company. they told me they would give me a partial credit for MORE work to try jetting, but that was 50/50 whether it would work or not. Terrible quality. The technician used the wrong size connector from the dishwasher drain pipe to the sink drain pipe, causing a major flood in the kitchen when the dishwasher was used. The connector was too large, and when he used a hose clamp to secure it, he cut the rubber connector, causing it to spray water everywhere when the dishwasher was used. It was never expressed that you felt that you were needing to be reimbursed for any issues at your rental home. We did sent out a supervisor to inspect the plumbing work completed to ensure everything was proper. I had stopped up drains . First the septic tank was pumped which was needed. the fellow that did that was very professional. That however did not take care of the problem. I called back and fellow that came the secound time did not seem to know what the problem was . He ran the tool thru the lines and then presented me with a bill even though the drains were not open. he said he had done all he could do. I called the office and asked to speak to the owner. I am very sorry to read this review. As a company we pride ourselves in only offering the most professional and best services in our industries. Sometimes when a septic tank gets over full it can back up into the sewer line causing a what we call a soft blockage. The solids that won't flow into the septic tank settle into the sewer line and cause an issue even after the septic tank was serviced.
