they determine t was a non issue.

Business response:

Thank you for taking your time to review Evan's recent plumbing service. We always are upfront and honest with all our septic, plumbing or HVAC repairs. I know when we arrived your toilet was functioning as designed and is only about 1 year old. That is why we offer free estimates with no trip fee. After inspecting your toilet there was no issue so there was no charge for our visit. I feel this is the only fair way to complete business. Thank you for trusting our family business to help with your plumbing needs. If ever an i... read more

Great...had this company come out to pump my mother's septic tank. When the driver/technician arrived he evaluated the septic tank and determined it would "not" be necessary to pump the tank. He could have pumped the tank and charged us full price and I wouldn't have known any different, however he was very honest and told me it was a waste of money....Thank you...

Business response:

I called this company and was told that they worked on these systems. The technician showed up as promised on a Saturday morning, called Navien's tech support number and ordered the parts they told him were needed. That visit cost us $125. I didn't hear from them, but called the following Thursday and was told the parts were in. Someone came out later that day and installed them. That visit cost an additional $591. We were told that we would have a one year parts and labor warranty on the repair. Two days later the system qu... read more

Business response:

I know you are very frustrated with your Navien Tankless water heater, but there is some information that has been left out of your review. When we were called out we found that your Navien water heater was not working, but still within the manufacturers warranty. We offered to start the warranty process and diagnose the issue with a Navien customer service specialist. You agreed to this free estimate and we called Navien. Navien had us test many parts of the water heater and Navien shipped out a new computer board to our of... read more

The technician arrived promptly on the same day that I called to determine why the system alarm was flashing. Since the tank was full he scheduled a truck for the next day, a Sunday. He quoted me a price of $275 plus $75 since it was on a weekend. When the truck arrived the next day the price jumped to $650 because there were two tanks plus heavy solids. This caveat had NOT been explained by the technician the day before. He did accept the Angie's List discount of $20, bringing it down to $630. The technician said that he wa... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking your time to review your interaction with our company. Again I am sorry that we were misinformed about the changing of your sewage pump. This rule has been in standing with Henderson County for a long time and they were the only county enforcing the rule. Since your system was designed by an engineer, Henderson County didn't want a plumbing contractor changing the pump curve and possibly damaging the septic system. We try to stay on top of all code changes and usually a notification is sent out. Unfortun... read more

I called to schedule a pump-out because the septic was backing up into the house. They said it would be $275 and there could be extra charge if there were a lot of solids. When they got there they brought two trucks a pump truck and another one. It had been raining and was still raining. The sewage was coming into the house through the bathtub drains and it was a bad situation. They saw the situation and apparently knew they had me over a barrel. He told me it was going to be $610 and I about had a heart attack. I was upset ... read more

Business response:

I am so sorry to read this review. I was the person that did speak with Mr. [Member Name Removed] about your concerns about our service. I am so sorry that we could not come to an agreement as I tried to do everything I could to explain the charges and the service. As he explained to me, he was uninterested in our charges and felts that the service was done professionally and completely. He just didn't agree with the price. We did quote that pumping a 1,000 gallon septic tank is $275 which is the most common size of septic s... read more

Our 14 year-old tankless water heater has had sudden temperature drops recently. We contacted All About Plumbing and made an appointment. Eric, the plumber, arrived on schedule did a thorough diagnostic of the unit, identified the cause of the temperature variances and investigated parts availability with the manufacturer. He advised that our particular unit (and its component electrical controls) is no longer being manufactured and that a replacement "motherboard" could not be secured from the manufacturer. Further, he obta... read more

Business response:

Thank you for taking your time to review Eric service visit. Unfortunately, your water heater is older and no longer in production. I know we called many people at Rinnia to ensure we could not get parts for your unit. I am glad that Eric did leave a lasting impress and look forward to working with you in the near future. Unfortunately they Misdiagnosed the Problem. They suggested we rebuild 2 toilets and install a filter system. They "rebuilt" one toilet that was working just fine for about $230.00. The repair kit is readily available at Lowes,Home Depot etc for about $20.00 [*** Link removed ***] The toilet they rebuilt now runs intermittently. Four Days Later we discovered the Problem was Actually the Well Pump :( I am expecting a visit from their Field Manager this week to review the situation. I cannot complete this review accurately unt... read more

First, the work was done three years ago, I was given a paper to fill out at the time of service for Angie’s list and really didn’t have time to process how. we were taken advantage of. We had just bought the house and had other people working on our house and in the midst of the chaos needed to see why we we’re not getting but a trickle of water coming through the lines. The repairman was nice enough and punctual he did about fifteen minutes of work and did not resolve the problem and then told us it was the faucet that nee... read more

Business response:

I am so discouraged to read this review as this work was performed over 3 years ago. This blind sides me as we never heard that you were upset. I do see that we sent a technician out to your home on 2/3/2015 to look at no water pressure at the kitchen sink. We found that the galvanized water lines had rusted shut and needed to be replaced. We did offer an absolutely free estimate with no charge to come out. You did approve the work and the work was completed which was tracked for a duration of 3 hours and 56 minutes. The tot... read more
