My male cat is a heathen. And very food driven. So when he didn't eat 2 meals, I knew he was sick. I immediately called to get him in and they told me to bring him right in. They called to confirm what was going on, and told me what they planned for checking him. They kept me informed throughout the day about tests and his progress. We just moved to Texas and had an emergency with our 10 month old Pug-Tiffany. thank God we found All Creatures Vet....Dr. Middendorf. We told the staff the issue we were having with Tiffany and Dr. Middendorf and her staff was able to get Tiffany in for an exam. If it wasn't for Dr. Middendorf exam and referral to Animal Diagnostic Clinic Tiffany would never have received the proper treatment. We have 3 dogs and a Bengal kitten. We started going to all creatures because of location. It's clean and the staff is always nice however, the prices have gone up significantly in the past two years. The vet also kept pushing heartworm medicine for my indoor kitten every time I want in for shots after I kindly said no the first time. She also kept calling the kitten a she after three appointments. No big deal, but come on! It's a rare snow Bengal and you don't know the breed or if it's a male after three visits. I bring my cat "Princess Laya" to ACVC and she is a handful! Six previous doctors labeled her "the beast" she is a calico, very strong and hard to scruff. She was diagnosed with Asthma about 6 yrs ago. Dr Hutton is great with her, very patient. I brought Laya in recently for her visit and they put me in a room but seem to always take Laya to the back, every time. So I asked Dr Hutton "why" not treat her in the room? LOVE. I'm switching to All Creatures as my new vet. Not because I didn't love my old vet, I did. I moved to Carrollton last year and was driving back and forth to my old vet in Allen until the Friday before Memorial Day 2019 when BOTH of my pups darted out the door and into rush hour traffic. It was HORRIBLE and I was at a loss about local resources. We recently moved to the area and I was looking to find a new vet that was as good as our last one. I thought it might be impossible and was considering driving back to new one when I came upon Dr. Vance here at this clinic. My dog had a minor emergency and the doctor was amazing! My husband and I have been looking for a great veterinarian for our two three-year-old german shepherds. It has taken us three years, and we finally found All Creatures Veterinary Center. We called Saturday at 8:30 in hopes to get an appointment the same day. One of our gsd was peeing blood. They got us in as we 'walk in' at 9:30.
