If I would have written this review 6 months ago, it would have been a very different review. My dog and I have been going to All Creatures Veterinary Center for a few years now. We have used all services they provide including veterinary services, boarding, and grooming. To be clear, this review is not regarding grooming as Betty is fabulous and my dog loves her! Had to wait 30 minutes before I told the receptionist I had been waiting a long time without even a technician coming in. The receptionist was rude back to me and told me there were other appointments going on. I'm well aware you're busy but don't make your clients feel unwelcome and like they aren't important. I've also worked at a vet clinic for a year and not once would we make someone sit in the room without communicating that they were busy and needed me to wait. I have never in my life wrote a review for a company although I do like the phone calls that ask how service was and love to give praises to people who are great. I am a happy positive person and dont like to be negative. HOWEVER!!!!!!!! Be warned I currently as of last week May 23rd went to All creatures to explore new Vet's becuase I love my guys Buddy & Bentley but have always used Banfield and I wasnt them to have the best.
