I took my 2 cats exclusively to All Creatures- one for 10 years and the other for 12 years as recently as 2022 up until crossing the rainbow bridge. Upon recently receiving a sympathy card for the girl kitty, all of the hand written comments referred to her as "him". The last several times I have called for various reasons, the front desk also said, "him". this place sucks. i payed $109 for my cat just for them to check his pulse and try to feed him a pill for worms! a waste of money. these people don't know what they're doing. they also had me waiting way too long. then when they couldn't feed him the pill they said they'd email me the medication to buy! still haven't recieved the email and it's been 2 days now. never coming here again. 100% would not recommend.

The response is a lie! I talked to the representative several times that day to combat everything y'all said. Even the rep was frustrated with your company. You didn't even have the courtesy to call the insurance with me to verify anything the rep told me. You got the $45 fee and like the other ppl who have made reviews about you killing their animals, not being sorry but taking their money. I'm lucky it only costing me the $45. If I could give no stars, I would. They almost made us put our 10 week old kitten down after 2 weeks of having her FOR NO REASON. They diagnosed her wrong and told us we needed to spend $3000+ in procedures for her to MAYBE get better but that we should highly consider just putting her down. At that point we had already spent like $900 on tests and visits. We took her to another vet and they said she was fine and did not have the disease they said she had. Very deceiving practices. I brought my cat here because he wasn't feeling well. They proceeded to tell me they didn't know what was wrong but wanted to do a long list of test and started rambling a long list of cost for test. They kept saying in house lab work, and that it was $180 for that alone and of course about 5 more test they wanted to run which was total about $600 and that did not include any cures for the ailments. Super disappointed with how this facility has declined in service. The staff is not what it used to be and they are not vigilant about updating records. We took our dog here 7 years ago and loved it. Moved back to the area and decided to go back and haven't been pleased with the service since.
Clean & friendly staff...but extremely OVER PRICED. I don't agree a 5 minute evaluation costs $50 every time you visit the place, even if the visits are only days apart. Plus, the annual vaccines and other small operations are also too much in comparison to other vet centers. It's obvious a high profitability is the priority rather than helping the animals
We have repeatedly had awful, frustrating experiences with All Creatures Veterinary clinic in Carrollton. The employees are cold and rude, and they seem put out any time I called to make an appointment or dropped my dog off for boarding. They overcharge on medications services. They also charged us for services they didn't provide, admitted to the mistake, but then took several weeks to give us the refund because the person who could help us was somehow never there. This place is THE WORST! I brought my dog here a couple of months ago when we moved to the area. I have probably the most low maintenance Golden Retriever ever and have never and any real need for the vet outside of getting him neutered and annual shots. Due to the past 2 years without having a real winter, he has had skin allergies. We treated them last year with an allergy pill and this year needed something stronger. While Apoquel is considered a safer alternative to steriods for allergies there are potential adverse side effects that can occur. These can include anemia, changes in white blood cell counts, and other metabolic changes.
