They had one job, to load a truck. I was sent three very inexperienced movers, however was told, very experienced! Evidence suggests otherwise. They failed to load the heaviest items into the moving truck first. They failed to load things properly. I have a very small generator and on top it states to not lay on the side or the oil will leak. I was quoted $4000 to move less than 200 miles away. After all of my belongings were loaded onto a truck they then claimed it was $6000 due to crossing state lines. They had done a video tour prior to providing the quote but obviously their quotes are inaccurate, and they upcharge freely. They hold your property hostage on their trucks until you pay the upcharged price. Yo if you live in idaho do not hire All My Sons Moving & Storage .Their local office is dishonest af. They quoted us 600 and then ended up giving us a final bill of 1086. Then on top of that they charged us 150+ more thinking we wouldn't notice, so straight up credit card fraud. The movers intentionally took a really long time, wrapped cheap furniture when we asked them not to and one guy went upstairs for 30 minutes and did nothing. $581 for less than two hours of moving! Total rip off. They misled me into thinking it's $159 an hour but they charge that amount just to drive to you!

The moving company was so attentive prior to the move and while the movers were slow, which increased my cost, everything was packed and moved correctly. However, they damaged a new in the box TV and now will not return my calls, my emails. They are avoiding me. Horrible customer service.

Poor customer relations in the corporate level. The local office was ok but had to call several times for a response. We were quote three times less than what we were charged. The local office did refund some of the money but still it ended up being twice what they quoted. Only moved 200 ft. They said it would take approximately six hours and took over nine because one of the helpers stood in the van watching movies on his phone while the other two went in and out of the house. MOVERS BEWARE!! I had a terrible experience with our Boise location. :( I cannot change my circumstances, but you can!! Please read all the reviews before moving forward with this company. When I hired this company, I missed the negative reviews: the negative reviews for the moving company seem to be placed in the All My Sons "play" reviews instead of the actual All My Sons moving company reviews. Wish I would have read the yelp reviews as google looked better. Ripped off and bad customer service, quoted around 500 total for a crosstown move for 1bdrm of stuff that was already packed. The movers stalled and we're on their phones, they also took an elliptical machine they were told was staying; the branch manager Logan assumed we are lying about the issues. They stole over $23,000 worth of guns, jewelry, and Collectibles. They took all day with three laborers and I even tipped them all. I was even warned by my neighbor. They stole a large screen TV and some jewelry and when she asked to look in their trailer they told her it's not allowed. One of their former employees had to unload his truck because the customer was waiting for her husband to withdraw cash but the limit was less than they had then.
