We had a walk through estimate completed by Jacob. They scheduled it easily and showed up at the appropriate time but send 4 movers instead of 3. When I spoke with Mike (Manager) he stated the move would be "quicker and save me money" even with the additional upcharge. The estimate was for 4 hours, since we packed almost everything ourselves. It's going on a month since my move, and I still have received no paperwork/receipt. The estimate didn't even include the minimums for time as I was told at delivery the estimate (and price paid at pick-up) was for pick-up only as they could run into unforeseen circumstances at delivery. That would make sense if the estimate at least included the minimum loading and unloading times. Instead it made the quoted estimate purely fiction. Look elsewhere.

I always hate to have to leave a bad review but this situation is unacceptable and seems worth the time to warn anyone else that may be looking for this type of service. We can start out with the good, the moving was generally done well, timely and the price was competitive with the market. The workers were nice and careful with our things but my laundry room floor got damaged during the move, something was slid on the laundry room floor linoleum and it tore a pretty good size chunk up. I had All My Sons move me cross town in Meridian. The actual cost was $1000 over the bid. When I started to unpack I found broken lamp shades, broken pottery, cords not packed with the proper item. They were supposed to fix the door jamb they broke but have never showed up. The first packers left items in the cupboard. Had to call a second crew out. Would not use them again.

Couldn't nail down a time until the day before. Didn't tell me that they force you to allow them to wrap every single piece of furniture in both blankets and plastic, which takes them FOREVER! AND then they charge you for all of that material, even though I told them I didn't want them to do it & it was unnecessary. Cost literally double what it should have, none of this was part of the call when I called to get the rates from them when I booked.

I was ready to write a great review of how two of the his crew helped us load our uhaul for an Idaho-Califmove . I am Speaking as an ex mover for my dads company then Bekins. But when we opened up the back we found a very nice cabinet going to a friend with obvious scratches on the front! Have a pic. NO PAD ON IT!!!!!!!!! (And we had plenty available. do no use this idiots. they come to your house and give you estimate.. then double it. read the reviews its common for this and owner has zero people skills.

If I could leave a 0 I would. They are a scam and rip you off like no other. Cost about $900 to move 9 pieces of furniture 5 miles down the road. They charge you an hour rate to just drive 5 miles. I'll be reporting them to the BBB. They need to be shut down

Time and date for move was set weeks out. On the day of the move we were told they accidentally switched up the days and then scrambled a crew together and arrived 2 hours after the scheduled time. The movers worked fast and did their job appropriately and professionally. But from a business side of things it's ran awfully. Many hidden charges.
