The call center (apparently based out of Texas) gave me some incomplete information over the phone. That (mis)information regarding the cost was partly what led me to choose this company. When the franchisee for my area contacted me prior to the schedule date, that's when I received the correct cost/estimate. He indicated that they face this issue often (the misinformation between the call center and potential customers regarding costs) when following up with clients. The movers on my move rock! They were very mindful of my furniture and boxes. Went the extra mile to make sure my furniture was protected. definitely recommend
The entire team at All My Sons-Cleveland were fantastic. I spoke with the Operations Manager and to each team member of the moving crew. The moving team treated me with respect as well as my belongings. They loaded me in an hours and had me unloaded in an hour. I would highly recommend using All My Sons - Cleveland for any move you have.
The men working on my move were knowledgeable friendly & polite. They kept me informed through out the process. I would recommend them an time.
