were very late arriving. lead mover was rude. broke dresser leg. my family put beds together ourselves
I highly recommend you find a different mover. I scheduled a move 3 weeks ago for tomorrow. As part of the process, they ask what will be moved. I told them a desk, some file cabinets, and a copier. The woman I spoke with indicated it would be no problem, booked the appointment, and took a deposit. Today, one day before the move, I get a phone call from their operations manager going over the move. During the telephone call, he asked what type of copier I have. I explained it was about 3 feet by 2 feet by 4 feet tall.... read more
They our horrible; do not use them very unprofessional. There main office makes up excuses about there poor staff. I repeat do not use them!!!!! The worse experience I ever had. I usually use 3 men in a truck but they were booked now I see why!!!
This moving company is horrible...do not book with them...I REPEAT...DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM....I booked my parents (who are seniors) move damn near a month in advance for July 1, 2021 and haven't heard anything from them afterwards so I decided to call them a day ago to find out what time they will be coming to start the move (since it was only 4 days left in the month of June) and they told me my estimate was off and instead of charging me the $1400 that I was originally quoted by them I will have to pay $2752 because my mov... read more
My parent's beautiful King'Sized bed set was left in disassembled after their move and in horrible condition. The Manager promised to repair the damage but 48 hours later our dad was sleeping on his couch after discharge from rehab. We were EXTREMELY disappointed!!
I did have issues with the movers who moved my stuff however some of the issues were taken care of by the manager.
LORD HAVE MERCY. Your company is the biggest scam artists around. Almost 400 dollars to help us move 4 appliances into our house?? Quoted 100 for a "deposit" then 136 for the services.. Somehow all came out to 387$ when all said and done? No thank you.
They could be on time- they could not overcharge you and the manager could try harder to not be rude when you call him when you’re upset about all those things
