Absolutely horrible company, treated my belongings like garbage. Nearly all my furniture was damaged in some way. Avoid at all costs. The management, Drew Tate and Gregory Blot the managers are untrustworthy.
First time we had them the team showed up high and tried to get us to smoke a blunt with them. We declined and had asked if they could just finish the job. Then my sister hired them. They were 2 hours late so she called and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. They responded rudely and said they would not show up to the job. If I was corporate I’d be pissed that my men passed up on a $900 job because they were too weak minded to handle customer service.
If I could give less than 1 star I would. The entire experience was absolutely awful. It started with them being and hour and 15 minutes late to come and start the move. I was told they would arrive at 8:30am and they did not show up until a little after 9:45am. Moving is already stressful and I had other things to do and handle this day as well. I hired the company too move me from my apartment to a house yesterday 12/29/2018. When I first called to make the reservation the representative was very nice and sounded professional. When we were setting a time I asked if we could do the afternoon maybe around noon he told me that wouldn’t be a problem. On Saturday I got a call at 8AM saying they were already on their way, I told them I had an afternoon time and they asked if they could come now I told them that would be fine. The only way they can improve is to close up shop. They are a horrible company to deal with!
This company is a joke - 4 hours late; didn’t bring proper tools (that stated they would have) that resulted in damage to my sister’s property; paid extra for them to pack her but they had NO packing material so she ended up moving her kitchen herself & having to use old newspaper for packing material; damaged approximately $2000 of her property including a brand new couch & brand new mattress ... & instead of making things right or offering her some sort of fair compensation my sister has been given the run around for over ... read more
Our family was scheduled this past Saturday at 8:00am and when 8:30am came around and there were no movers we called in to see where they were. We were then told that our move was cancelled and no one could explain why or by who. The new owners of our home were set to take possession that night after our move so this really put us in a bind legally. The manager Drew said he had no others movers to send out and that they had 8 call offs that day. He then rescheduled it for the following morning on Sunday at 8:00am. Three move... read more

I booked July 21st, move was scheduled September 28th, they called me 5 minutes after they should have been here saying they couldn't move me. No apologies, no nothing, after much bitching on my part, he said I would be moved on 10-1, 4 days later! He didn't seem to understand, that new owners were taking possession the next day and I had to be out. I wish I would have read the reviews, you all should not be in business.
