The worst mover� s ever. They didn� t care the damage they did or how inefficient they were at moving. They did not have any power tools to take apart bed frames and furniture. The used a pocket multi purpose tool and it took them over 3 hours to pack and move from a 3 bedroom apartment. They had to move 3 beds 2 credenzas a couple of tv stands. Save yourself time, money, and a big headache, and go with someone else. Drew is the owner and/or ops manager and he is terribly unprofessional. Canceled our move five days before our date because they severely screwed up our friends moving schedule the day before. Do not use this company. Please, you will be so much better off. He had no idea about the quote that was given to us and tried to charge a higher rate the day he confirmed. Attempted to charge us for a third person that was never quoted. On top of the 3 hour minimum charge, they charge an hour to get their and back to their warehouse at the moving rate (over $180/hour). So they are really charging for 4 hour minimum. They charge an exhorbitant price for extra small rolls of tape. The extra charges for protecting my furniture was about $100. My move was a two-hour move from the west side of Cleveland to Rocky River ended up costing me over $900 dollars.
Unfortunately, I experienced some damage to my furniture.
Extremely poor overall. Damaged several pieces of furniture, including an antique table from my husbands grandparents and 2 specially made icebox tables. I specifically asked for them to send someone who could handle disassembling and reassembling a Sleep Number bed. The four man crew knew nothing about the bed. They managed to get it apart enough to get out of our home but we had to call Sleep Number to get it taken apart and reassembled at our new home (15 days later!) because they couldnt take it apart enough to get it up... read more
They refused to do our move because they said the place was messy. We had moved out over a year before and just needed a few large pieces moved to our new place. They refused to put our wooden stuff in their truck. And they kept our $100 deposit. Lousy experience.
They canceled last minute, then brought a subpar crew the next day that was super slow and cost us more money because they were so slow. Do NOT hire them unless you want them to lose things, not show up, and then not provide good customer service resolution.
They scheduled me weeks in advance, but on the day of the move, we traveled 2 hours to get to the place of the move, to find out that they bailed out on me and did not even call to let me know that they were not going to show up. It was not till I called them that I found out they were not going to move me at all that day. Moved me the next day, and was approached to tell me they could not fit all items on the truck when I could clearly see a lot more room left to get it on.
