They scheduled me weeks in advance, but on the day of the move, we traveled 2 hours to get to the place of the move, to find out that they bailed out on me and did not even call to let me know that they were not going to show up. It was not till I called them that I found out they were not going to move me at all that day. Moved me the next day, and was approached to tell me they could not fit all items on the truck when I could clearly see a lot more room left to get it on. I would never refer them to anyone
You think you are going to get a great experience when you speak with their customer service people. I was very disappointed as they did not take all of the belongings I needed to have moved and did not compensate me in any way and continued to ignore my calls and emails.
Our final cost was TWICE the estimate- several add-ons. We will NEVER hire them again!
Furniture was damaged or scratched, old record player cover was shattered and hinge ripped off and support braces for my dresser mirror just vanished in the move. After two calls to the company, no returned calls or help. Blankets were supposed to be used for furniture but I guess they were out for my move. I definitely do not recommend this crew to do any moving . Very unhappy customer.
My experience was not good! The gentleman drove to my new home instead of my old home where we were moving from. The Price we spoke about was way over the total that was agreed a pond per hour. They held my furniture hostage until I paid the money first, even though my furniture and belongings were still on the truck and I did not know how long this move was going to take. Guys were nice enough, but rough on furniture. Items got scratched up. Some knickknacks got broken, one China dish broken. Banged up doors and woodwork in house . Had to do repairs. Would never use again or recommend.
They originally told us they would show up between 8 and 9:30 AM but they didn't show up until 1 PM. They also damaged some of our items during the move.
