I’m honestly so disappointed to have to write this review, but feel it is necessary for me to warn other people before they spend their hard earned money with a company that is supposed to be providing assistance during what is usually one of the most stressful times in a persons life. My experience with All My Sons was TERRIBLE. All of my furniture was damaged in transit and some items were damaged before ever leaving my home. The staff was initially responsive and I believed the company would help repair my items or provide me with financial restitution. Unfortunately that did not take place. After a $3,600 dollar move I received misinformation, poor customer service (customer support hung up on me and berated me) and a sum of money that won’t come close to repairing my family’s heirlooms. Horrible , right before Christmas ! Brad is disrespectful and called me out my name because I signed a waiver and he wanted me to pay for additional services I didn’t sign up for. This was by far the worst company ever !!! Now my kids and myself won’t have our furniture delivered in time for Christmas. I paid a deposit and everything . CONSUMERS BEWARE. BAIT AND SWITCH PRACTICES ARE BEING USED HERE. EVEN IF YOU ONLY TRAVEL 2 MILES UP THE ROAD, THE 20% FUEL FEE IS 20% OF YOUR ACTUAL BALANCE PLUS ESTIMATED COSTS. I PAID $790.00 FOR A MOVE THEY WERE NEARLY 2 HOURS LATE TO START. SEVERAL REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND YELP WILL ATTEST TO THEIR SCAM OF TELLING YOU THEIR TRUCK BROKE DOWN. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE
Items taken from my house by All My Sons. Everything was supposed to be put into their storage. Upon pick up with my own U-Haul at their Raleigh facility $20,000+ of items missing. Tool Chest Ladder, King Bed and other items. Now I have to chase them for money back. Update: This is no laughing matter. I have an attorney and will be taking these thieves to court. This is all after they offered to pay .60 cents per lb or about $600 of $23,000
DO NOT USE All My Sons Moving & Storage. Use literally anyone else. They dragged the process out so it took at least twice as long as it should have, wrapped things with plastic that didn't need wrapping such as PLASTIC bins, destroyed my 75 inch TV and my washer and my desk!! Offered me less than 10% of what it will cost to replace destroyed items. Horrible experience. I repeat, DO NOT USE All My Sons Moving & Storage. If you do, you will regret it, as I do.
Terrible experience. I had 3 very young, very inexperienced movers on the day of the move. A one bed + office, 1,000 sf move took 9 1/2 hours! (they were billing me by the hour.) when I called during the move to say that things were not going well I was told by the operations manager that if I wasn’t happy he could have his movers take everything off of my truck and leave it there. Do not use this company. I’m supposed to move today (Monday), called on Friday to confirm details. They just called me TODAY at 10 am to say they cannot move me, even though they confirmed it prior to the weekend. They suggested that I reschedule for July 5th !!! My lease ends TOMORROW. All they could say was “sorry, so do you want July 5th? Maybe you can call around if not.” WHAT ?!?! This company is not to be trusted. I have rearranged my work schedule to be available to move today.
