They showed up, had masks, but didn't want to wear them. Finally wore them when we insisted on it then complained when they thought we were not listening. After getting everything moved in to the new place, pieces were missing on items, my mom's expensive mattress was warped and didn't work properly anymore. The few things (like papers) we had left in the draws were all crumpled down the sides of the drawers and falling out into the back of the compartment. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE movers. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved several times in my adult life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. Go literally anywhere else. First, we were supposed to have 3 people to move our stuff. Only 2 were able to lift heavy objects. I am pregnant and could have done the job of the third individual. Moving Nightmare. I wanted to share my experience with All My Sons moving company so that I can save others from my mistake. I hired this company to move a bedroom set. The bed it self needed to be taken apart and reassembled, along with it being a heavy piece of furniture. (which is why I needed trained movers) When I scheduled this service, I was told that my move would happen in the am around 9. Horrible experience! When I first scheduled the move I was told the movers would arrive in the afternoon. After many phone calls throughout the day, the movers showed up at 9:00 that evening. Like previous reviews there were 4 to 5 movers in a truck. No one wore a mask. I had to pass out masks before letting them enter my home and they had no concept of social distancing. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I received on Saturday, July 25th, because I recommended this company to my lady to save money and time with our move. She typically hires a different moving company but they were booked so she decided to go with your company which in hindsight was a mistake. I should give this company 0 stars since they NEVER SHOWED UP!! All I needed was them to move items from POD to storage unit. I was told I was the 2nd move of the day, and the first one they were just "loading Miss Shirley's house" and my window was 11-4. After 3 calls, they finally called the crew to get an ETA... of 8pm. The company was very timely in responding to my request. They gave me a very reasonable range for an across town moving quote which aligned with what I had spent 4 months prior when I moved to a new state. The issue came when the movers took 3 hours just to load the truck for a 1 bedroom apartment. I had moved 4 months prior and it took the loaders 50 minutes to load and 30 minutes to unload a 10ft truck. This was the most horrific moving company that I have EVER USED! The 2 Black male movers showed up 45 minutes late and one of them was STONED OUT OF HIS MIND ON MARIJUANA! His eyes were red, squinty, bloodshot, and he didn't know where he was! The other mover did not SEEM high, and while the pothead babbled that "he couldn't move all of my furniture upstairs," (there were no stairs), and "man, are we moving ALL of this apartment? Pure fu#%ing trash!! If i could give them a zero i would. Do not do not do business with them. They called me 2 days prior to the job and confirmed a time. On the day of i didn't hear from them, at them time in was supposed to. When I called to get an ETA, I was told that they didn't see a specific time in the system, even though the person i spoke with 2 days prior could see the time.
