I should give this company 0 stars since they NEVER SHOWED UP!! All I needed was them to move items from POD to storage unit. I was told I was the 2nd move of the day, and the first one they were just "loading Miss Shirley's house" and my window was 11-4. After 3 calls, they finally called the crew to get an ETA... of 8pm. The company was very timely in responding to my request. They gave me a very reasonable range for an across town moving quote which aligned with what I had spent 4 months prior when I moved to a new state. The issue came when the movers took 3 hours just to load the truck for a 1 bedroom apartment. I had moved 4 months prior and it took the loaders 50 minutes to load and 30 minutes to unload a 10ft truck. This was the most horrific moving company that I have EVER USED! The 2 Black male movers showed up 45 minutes late and one of them was STONED OUT OF HIS MIND ON MARIJUANA! His eyes were red, squinty, bloodshot, and he didn't know where he was! The other mover did not SEEM high, and while the pothead babbled that "he couldn't move all of my furniture upstairs," (there were no stairs), and "man, are we moving ALL of this apartment? Pure fu#%ing trash!! If i could give them a zero i would. Do not do not do business with them. They called me 2 days prior to the job and confirmed a time. On the day of i didn't hear from them, at them time in was supposed to. When I called to get an ETA, I was told that they didn't see a specific time in the system, even though the person i spoke with 2 days prior could see the time. I booked my appointment with another company however they then called me and told me they were no longer allowed to travel outside the state due to Covid 19. I then ended up with All My Sons because they were the only company who was allowed to cross state lines. I booked a month in advance. They called me to confirm and get info 48 hours before. To start with a positive note: the movers were friendly, had nice personalities and were on time! This was a great first impression. They were so good with the kids and had great attitudes! Unfortunately, as the move went on we became less satisfied. They took no time to put anything down on our floor and dragged RED MUD into our home and all over our floors and carpet. Beware!! Horrible movers. Took their time moving me. Went a different route than me leaving my apartment to new one across town. Apparently to go through my belongings. Stole jewelry form me that was given to me by my great grandmother as well as other jewels. I reported to the company and all they wanted was me to fill out paperwork that basically got them off the hook and I would have signed that I would not say anything bad publicly about All My Sons Moving. DAMAGED furniture, DISHONEST employees, and ZERO VALUE or RESPECT for customers. I hired All My Sons after interviewing a few different companies for a local move. They "sold" me on their claim to offer highly trained, experienced, and honest employees to help me with my move. They also convinced me that due to the aforementioned credentials, the purchase of additional insurance was unnecessary. I trusted them. The result?
