DO NOT use All My Sons Moving & Storage Raleigh: Let me tell you why. While planning a move to our new home this summer we contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage Raleigh for an estimate. Mr. Jim Hendren, a very experienced and professional estimator came to our home to provide the estimate. Absolutely DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS! If you're thinking one bad experience isn't representative of all their moves, still run away. They are awful. From beginning to end this was a horrible experience - the worst moving I've experienced in my entire life, and I've moved a lot. The only positive encounter was the first person who answers the phone and says "This is _____, and I can definitely help you." I would stay far far away from this moving company. They were very difficult to communicate with and ended up being very late on the day of the move. They quoted me $387 for a 1bd apartment move and sent out two men who were so slow and exhausted already from moving all day in the heat. Myself and my Mom ended up working more then the workers and it still took a crazy long amount of time. I ended up being charged $900 for the move which is INSANE. Very disappointed in their service. 1) Took down all of the wrong info about our move 2) Changed the time 3) Make a hole in our wall 4) Completely ruined a brand new grill. I do NOT recommend them.

They showed up, had masks, but didn't want to wear them. Finally wore them when we insisted on it then complained when they thought we were not listening. After getting everything moved in to the new place, pieces were missing on items, my mom's expensive mattress was warped and didn't work properly anymore. The few things (like papers) we had left in the draws were all crumpled down the sides of the drawers and falling out into the back of the compartment. TERRIBLE HORRIBLE movers. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had, and I have moved several times in my adult life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR MOVING NEEDS. Go literally anywhere else. First, we were supposed to have 3 people to move our stuff. Only 2 were able to lift heavy objects. I am pregnant and could have done the job of the third individual. Moving Nightmare. I wanted to share my experience with All My Sons moving company so that I can save others from my mistake. I hired this company to move a bedroom set. The bed it self needed to be taken apart and reassembled, along with it being a heavy piece of furniture. (which is why I needed trained movers) When I scheduled this service, I was told that my move would happen in the am around 9. Horrible experience! When I first scheduled the move I was told the movers would arrive in the afternoon. After many phone calls throughout the day, the movers showed up at 9:00 that evening. Like previous reviews there were 4 to 5 movers in a truck. No one wore a mask. I had to pass out masks before letting them enter my home and they had no concept of social distancing. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the moving services I received on Saturday, July 25th, because I recommended this company to my lady to save money and time with our move. She typically hires a different moving company but they were booked so she decided to go with your company which in hindsight was a mistake.
