Do NOT reserve with this company. The lack of communication was astounding and the customer service was horrible. Made an already stressful day 10X more stressful.

We had a very bad experience with them years ago. Lost a bunch of our stuff, other items were missing when they finally "located" our missing items. Worst mover we ever used in our experience, this was over 15 years ago, and I still have have bad memories about the move.

I wish I had better news but I am so unhappy right now! I was quoted a flat fee of $169 for a local move that took a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes to move 1 piece of exercise equipment from one house to mine that was a 6 mile drive in total. A representative at the All My Sons Call Center quoted me "$169 All In". I got 2 other quotes, 1 from a local chapel hill company that asked for $275, and then 2 Men and A Truck quoted me $425. We chose All My Sons Moving and Storage based on our previous experience with them and their commitment to safety during this pandemic. We reviewed their procedures on their website, discussed the precautions they were taking with their agent, and received an email that outlined their steps for safety. These included gloves and masks being worn by all employees and following all CDC guidelines. The pictures on their website showed employees with cloth face coverings and rubber gloves. First off I would like to say that the head of All My Sons nationally, Chris Generale was impressive to deal with. He took charge of my issues. My issues were with the local franchise in Raleigh. I had used Little Guys movers for 2 previous moves and had a great experience. Despite the reviews of All My Sons in Raleigh, I went with them this time as I needed to store my items for 30 days. DO NOT use All My Sons Moving & Storage Raleigh: Let me tell you why. While planning a move to our new home this summer we contacted All My Sons Moving & Storage Raleigh for an estimate. Mr. Jim Hendren, a very experienced and professional estimator came to our home to provide the estimate. Absolutely DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS! If you're thinking one bad experience isn't representative of all their moves, still run away. They are awful. From beginning to end this was a horrible experience - the worst moving I've experienced in my entire life, and I've moved a lot. I would stay far far away from this moving company. They were very difficult to communicate with and ended up being very late on the day of the move. They quoted me $387 for a 1bd apartment move and sent out two men who were so slow and exhausted already from moving all day in the heat. Myself and my Mom ended up working more then the workers and it still took a crazy long amount of time. I ended up being charged $900 for the move which is INSANE. Very disappointed in their service. 1) Took down all of the wrong info about our move 2) Changed the time 3) Make a hole in our wall 4) Completely ruined a brand new grill. I do NOT recommend them.
