A warning to anyone using All My Sons: they WILL misquote the time it will take to move. I believe they did this intentionally as I have now called the local office multiple times and I also believe that Jennifer, who seems to answer most of the calls, is intentionally routing my calls to the incorrect departments where I am then hung up on. It is impossible to actually have a discussion with anyone there as they just tell you that, "that's not my department, and I'll transfer you." Terrible service.

There is an All My Sons truck moving someone else into my apartment complex now - the movers have damaged the building (walls next to elevator have scratches/scuffs and a hole and there is literally a pile of dirt in our elevator?). I also encountered them trying to shove items into the elevator that clearly would not fit, yelling obscenities. I felt bad for the girl in the leasing office who was just giving a tour to a prospective tenant at the same time. Very unprofessional.

The crew was SO SLOW and damaged many of my items. I had read many bad reviews on here, but decided to give them a chance due to their good sales department. Very quickly I regretted that decision. My $1500 refrigerator was not wrapped and dented, scrapped, smashed, and broken underneath so bad that it cannot stand up straight. They overscheduled their movers, the men sent were exhausted and unable to physically complete the move without the help of my husband. They did not wrap our furniture, one employee continually drug it across the back of the truck to the lift, multiple pieces of furniture were damaged, mud and black residue on new mattresses, bookcase end split, dining room table gouged, beds scraped, the list is never ending. I called for an estimate and tried to have them send me and email with that estimate but they did not. I still book them and after I put $100 down I finally received an estimate for $50 more an hour. I called back and they were very rude and hung up on me after I asked for my deposit back. before he hung up he said that he would refund me but waiting to see

I wouldn't hire this company again. They were supposed to bring tools but did not. My daughter was with me during my move, and had no choice but to go to Home Depot and purchase a $100 drill. I bought an older property built in the 70's and although the washer and dryer were standard size, some portion of the back of the dryer wouldn't fit through the laundry room door. One of the movers was on the phone the whole time and I had to help the other move furniture while he was on the phone. He also did not properly wear a mask or social distance. After the move the driver of the truck apparently threatened the other mover's life and he had to call a ride as the driver left him. Every Piece of furniture was damaged. Never use this company unless you enjoy over paying and horrible customer service. Contacted the company and they are not interested in helping customers in any way.

Absolutely can NOT recommend this service. I was told an arrival time of 10:00am - 1:30pm. At 1:30pm I received a call that the movers were 30 minutes away. At 4:00pm the movers still had not arrived. When I called to check on the arrival time I was told 5:00 with no apology. They did not arrive until 6:40pm. Once we arrived at the second location the driver informed me I needed to pay as they estimated an hour left to unload the truck. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY from this moving company. Nearly two months ago I used them to move my furniture from a 2 story house to a 1 story house. The guys were moving the furniture really fast and not being very gentle with my things. Unfortunately, two of my imported, over 100 year old dressers were scratched all over (as if something heavy was placed on it inside the truck) and the door to the house I was moving out of was damaged.
