Worst service and pricing I have ever had! $1450 for a 1300 sq ft. House. No dining furniture, no fridge, no washer and dryer. Only 2 beds, a couch and a bunch of already packed boxes. These guys charged $154 for gas and $109 for trip charge. This was a 3.4 mile move BTW! Just Mapquested it. They also charged for move time for the same travel time! 3.5 takes 10 minutes and they charged for an hour. $200 for packing material. Her stuff was packed. They moved me from San Antonio to Corpus Christi, in that move, they bent my washer and dryer, broke my refrigerator and television. They lost pieces to my bed, forgot to pack a closet and left most of my storage shed behind because the driver said that the estimator did a bad job estimating the load. They were $3000 cheaper than Allied but cost me more than that in damages.
"Could've been better" is the best description for my experience. Pertinent facts: (1) I called All My Sons to unload a 16 ft moving truck, containing the basic contents of a 1 bedroom apartment. (2) I called them the day before the move. They got me on their schedule the next day w/ 4 movers at the exact time I needed them with zero problems. They told me they will help us uploading our truck once we arrived at the storage in Cropus Christi from Dallas Texas at noon BUT they cancelled on us last minute. IT NON PROFESSIONAL AND NOT TO BE TRUSTED. THEY stood up on us. We have no one to help us unloading from moving truck, So we have to do it on our own unloading ourselves with NO help!. This is way overdue from when we moved but I'm get so irritated every time I can't find something. We had planned on moving in January but our closing kept getting pushed back because it was a new house. The guy that came to do the inventory gave us the estimate which I thought seemed high but we were getting our whole house packed and moved from Kingsville to Corpus. This place is deceitful and unprofessional.. They give you a quote and your bill is nothing close to that. They sent two kids to move from a one bedroom to a house. The kids were very casual and took their time. One of the kids spent 45 mins in my bedroom listening to podcasts and there was only three items in there. This is a very unprofessional company. Don't do business with them. They overprice and don't return your money. I contracted with them to move to the Austin area. The day of the move they refuse to load the furniture until few items and mirrors were wrapped. I had over fifty boxes ready and the items to be wrapped were part of the contract with them. We would leave less if we could. Nearly $700 for a ONE BEDROOM first floor to first floor. Absolutely avoid this company!!!!!!!
They hung up on me 3 times in a row. "Hello, I wanted to ask about pricing." *click* Repeat. Bad sign. Lol
