I did not have a good experience with this company. The charges that were quoted and then re-quoted came out to be double of what I was expecting. I had to move this piano quickly and was running out of time. The first quote was reasonable but then all of a sudden their was a handling charge, a fee for the credit card and I have to pay for the gate fee and when they arrived they did not have the correct tools to take the piano apart to move it.
