The movers showed up without wardrobe boxes stating all these boxes were used in the previous job. As a result clothes were suspended from a rope which then broke in transit. One lamp shade was crushed; their maximum reimbursement was $35. Movers left behind 1 box in the home we moved from even though they were advised of same. My parents used them three times and 2 out of the 3 times they were quite late. It was very inconvenient and caused my elderly parents a lot of grief. Their scheduled times were 8:30 am and the movers did not show until after 3pm. We will never use them again as the management is disorganized and does not meet scheduled commitments. The movers were nice and courteous, however.

The movers gave me an estimate that was $800 lower than the other movers, so i would chose them. The estimate i got was with all my possessions except for the hanging clothes. I decided to move everything except the furniture. I mind you that i sold the couch and love seat and riding lawnmower before the move that were included in the estimate. We did read reviews before hiring, unfortunately we didn't read look in the right places. I don't know why All My Sons would even think about sending us a survey to complete when they did not see fit to return our numerous telephone calls inquiring about our damaged and missing items. Rather than completing the survey, I sent them an email. In order to write a review I'm required to give at least one star. However I'd prefer the option to deduct stars. I'm an Interior Designer and have used hundreds of moving serves for my company, All My Sons Moving and Storage has made it to the bottom of the list. When my mother passed away, I used them to move her belongings to my residence which is several hundreds of miles away. When her things arrived they were damaged and broken. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Pay friends, families, strangers, anybody except All My Sons. Terrible from start to finish. The crew arrived 75 minutes later than scheduled. Took 6 hours to move two bedrooms. No boxes or any misc. stuff. Just two bedroom sets, a dining room table and 1 coffee table. They then took 90 minutes to drive the 30 miles to the new home. Horrible! The actual cost and time exceeded their estimate substantially because they were not prepared to handle the move -- short staffed and did not come with necessary equipment for the move. The movers they sent moved slow and didn't care.

I know sometimes we say, 'even giving them one star hurts..' but in this case, I cannot stand it. Everything was a disaster from the moment they got there! I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and was moving only 2 mi away to a house on street level. There were 4 movers, including myself, and I had everything boxed up and taken apart. Expect to pay 50-60% higher than your quote. The guy who quoted our move was not even in the same ball park for the weight of our stuff. While the movers themselves were ok...I was extremely disappointed in this service, and will NEVER recommend them to anybody.
