Written Statement Background on the homeowner- I am a sixty year old woman who just lost my husband in October 2013 and my sister in February of 2014. They did a basically good job on the move but there was minor damage. Not only was it not taken care of but they will not return my calls. This has been going on since April. I guess I am just out the money for repair. Definately do not recommend!

I can't tell you about the people they hire or the service they provide. There were no dings, dents or breaks. There were no workers. They failed to show up...for 8 hrs. We had a small set of slightly heavy, awkward pieces we needed moved 2 miles from our 2nd floor apartment to a ranch house. I checked one website and they had a 3.2 out of 5 rating so I called and got this long winded speech about family and local. I didn't actually end up using this company for moving since they tried to charge me $120 for their driving time to show up and then drive back to their office. I was not made aware of this fee until they did show up so I asked the manager if he could work with me and split this cost. He would not so I told the guys that I weren't using them. Great business model! They showed up and left without getting paid a dime. The new company that I am going to use says that it is actually illegal for a moving company to charge this ... read more

I had 2 men and a truck move me from Aiken to Hilton head and they loaded, unloaded, and made the trip in 9 hours. All My Sons sent 3 guys who took over 76 hours just to load the truck, and then they proceeded to break furniture. Horrible experience and horrible service. I would not even recommend them to anyone, even people I do not like. They are a rip off!

This move was a complete nightmare. First the estimate wasn't even close in regards to the time it was going to take and the price it would have cost to move everything that we requested. Next the three movers showed up an hour late and the driver was clearly under the influence of drugs. He was high as a kite. They weren't even briefed by management of what was supposed to be moved. I am so amazed that this company can stay in business in Bluffton. The worst move I have ever had. There was never anyone in charge. They were never Ina hurry it took 12.5 hours to move my 4 bedroom home within 10 miles. I could not stay there the entire time because I needed to meet Hargray so they guys obviously took advantage of sitting on the clock while I was gone. I called the head quarters to find out when I could expect them at the new place and they never called me back. Never use All MY Sons Moving !

I booked All My Sons for TWO moves In May of this year. The first one was a ten mile move to bring a baby grand piano and asking bed to our new address. During this one,a mover came through the front door carrying a headboard,swung around and broke a priceless cranberry antique lamp. They called their insurer, which is a joke (We Care Insurers), who in turn, did NOTHING . . To this day! The second move was immediately following. This involved a long move from SC to FL. I had called about 2 weeks before I needed help to schedule the movers. The gentleman I spoke to asked if it would be easier for me to do the move in the afternoon right after lunch, I agreed. When the moving day came I took off work after lunch. The truck didn't show up until 10:30pm, yes that's right 10:30pm. I had ordered three men and two men showed up.
