worst business ever. thieves, druggies...they dont care about you or your furniture
All my sons could hire staff who know how to move furniture. The could send their teams out with the proper tools to do the job ( they had to borrow our tools to destroy our furniture).All my sons could respond to customer concerns in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they don't do these things.
Worst experience ever! Not only did they overcharge us but they also did not reassemble the furtniture correctly! I hired them because I am 7 months pregnant and could not move one small bedroom myself. If I would have sat on the bed I would have been seriously injured! I also had to reassemble it myself because of this! After trying to work through this! situation with the manager, Cory, he proceeded to blame me saying I must have had more to move then they originally quoted me, which I actually had less! You guys moved us on a Saturday fine, you sent three guys out as agreed, oneywaa extremely ill, the driver Keith was the only professional, the other two looked liked they were picked up of the street, we have damage at the old house and new house, walls. And floors damaged, furniture damaged and broke, precious items from around the world broken, NOPE NOT HAPPY, getting legal advise from companies corporate lawyers, then go from there, DON'T USE THEM.

I scheduled my move 2 months in advance. Jake, the owner, called me 2 days before my move to tell me the truck for Sunday was stuck in Tampa but not to worry he had an alternative for me or If I could move Saturday, which I could not. So he had a "sister company" and they were willing to do my move. I asked if price, everything would be the same, he said yes so I agreed, because let's be real it's 2 days before my move, and I need to be out of my apartment by Friday. 1 Star is to much! My furniture was busted, walls banged up and marked up during move, had to repair myself! Was promised that I would get refunded but no one has contacted me since I complained! BOTTOM LINE: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Horrible experience! Many broken items, damaged appliances (washer, dryer, upright freezer), damaged furniture (tables, wall art, leather couches. AND TO TOP IT ALL, some of their employees STOLE property from the home. Jason Natale made lots of promises during the "selling process" that weren't kept. Jake from operations claims everything will be made right but was supposed to call yesterday to discuss their investigation into the theft and talk about the misrepresentation of their services.... but never heard fr... read more
