I told the office staff that we had a heavy lift bed & some really heavy furniture & treadmill...Treadmill never got out the door, going to have to pay someone else to move it!! Told them it took 3 large men to deliver the bed...they sent 2 small guys, it took twice as long to move us because of this & cost twice as much as we had planned, they do not unload until you sign this ridiculously long contract then we waited 15 min just to run our card because only the manager can do it & they were so short staffed he was doing a ... read more
My move was cancelled 19 minutes before they were to come despite confirming the day and time 3 times. I would not recommend any dealings with them ever. I was not given an explanation or any compassion, only offered to be moved 3 days later with no discount or compensation. Pat was very unkind when he told me that they were not going to be moving me at the scheduled time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WOULD PREFER TO GIVE THEM 0 STARS!

I have filed a claim, for the $3200 of damage to my things. After an insulting settlement offer I have called and received no response. I guess I will continue to post and call until they decide to do the right thing and take responsibility for the damaged they cause! So very sad a company claims to be bonded insured so a customer feels safe using them. They misrepresent themselves! You have to purchase extra insurance to cover your stuff!!! They are the biggest load of crap.
I don't have any complaint about the movers it came to my house they were very nice but I have a very serious complaint When someone tells you that you have a $500 move and it turned out to be $1,100 and you go over all the things with them and then. I think it's very bad practice. If I had it to do over. I would never use them again. Have used them twice and this will be my last time I don't like when someone tells you something and then you expected for a certain price and then it's $600 over what they quoted you that's no... read more
