They were about an hour late. Which I get happens. And don't get me wrong they were all very nice and professional but I had explained that needed all the heavy things out. They left my charcoal grill, didn't pack the linen closet, left my kitchenaid mixer and several other odds and ends. I asked multiple times to pack these things. My vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaner. Unfortunately the 2 guys that moved me broke the legs on my most expensive piece of furniture. I was charged almost $700 for 4 hours to move less than a mile away. Still have not had my phone call returned from the company claiming they can "fix" my custom furniture piece that was broken that all my sons called a claim into. Then come to find out my couch they put in storage has tears and scuffs covering it!! I will not be recommending all my sons for moving anything. So disappointing.

It's been a year since All My Sons moved my things. I just paid 100 to replace the glass in a picture they broke because it was not properly packed. I did file a claim about that and other things that were ruined in the move because of poor handling and packing. They denied the claim because I signed after they loaded me. Do yourself and your things a favor and pick another mover. These people are horrible!

First let me start by saying the one star is because I was forced to click one! I talked to Chance on the phone, he pretty much sold the service, he was kind, likable, and ensured me there would be no problem time and time again with my move. He quoted 139 per hour, and a 12% fuel charge of the total bill. They said one hour travel and two hour minimum. This is the worst moving company you could possibly hire!!! We were quoted a price then over charged...then most of our furniture was damaged or broken!! Nothing will fully be replaced because the contract states they will only pay $0.60 per pound.... That really shows you how they value their customers!!! The cooperate office was awful to deal with!! I called a week prior to moving to get quotes. All My Sons Moving gave me a great quote of $550.00. So when I go the bill of over $800 dollars I was beyond furious. The 3 men who moved my items were very professional and did a great job. I was impressed with their work and one of the men apologized time after time. He said not to worry about their tip because they had this happen before. Do not use this company unless you want your stuff misplaced and broken. The guys stand around smoking all day and do nothing. They break pictures and when they misplace things they refuse to correct their mistakes. Horrible place.

I live in Rhode Island and had made reservations in March for moving my daughter who lives in kansas City, Missouri to Overland Park, Kansas on Sunday May 29th. They said they will be their between 12 noon and 1 pm. So I flew out to Kansas City and on Sunday morning , Carter called me and said he would not be able to make this move today, It would have to be tomorrow. Let me start by saying, my moving crew were great guys, very polite, friendly and informative. The move was going along nicely, so I left to grab something to eat, and I even brought back the crew water and Gatorade, my treat. Again, going along great, and they ran into a couple of obstacles, mainly trying to get my refrigerator out, but after much perseverance, they were successful.
