wow...where do I begin. These guys were extremely dishonest about the pricing. They told me one hourly rate and then ended up charging me a lot more AFTER they had already charged a $50 deposit on my card which they told me was refundable. When I called to get my deposit back they said they would have someone call me. No one ever called me back so I called again and again and never received my deposit back. So basically I paid $400 + $50 deposit to have 3 items moved in an hour & a half time span. absolutely absurd.

I do not even know where to begin. The day started off with them refusing to move the 3 large mounted tvs, which were expressly agreed too while booking the service. They were a major reason for even using movers. But little did I know that would soon become an irrelevant sidenote. All of the cash was stolen from a purse sitting on the counter (around $80) and all the cash was stolen from a hanging jackets zipped pocket. BEWARE! All My Sons Moving is a highly unprofessional. Extremely poor communications. I had hired 3 movers at $129.00 per hour plus an extra hour for them to come from their base to my home in NW Oklahoma City near Penn Square. At 8:05 a pickup arrived and they said they were waiting on the truck. At 8:15 I notice the pickup had left. At 10:30 nothing. Movers stood around for 30 min. at first- move should have been no more than 2.5 hours & it took 3 hours; gouged hole in wall; lost bed bracket; & broke recliner piece off of couch. Move was too expensive. Move went ok & movers were ok. I do appreciate all of their hard work. And, the move cost too much; will not use All my Sons again

DISHONEST!! WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE WE HAVE EVER HAD!!! We are military and have moved all over the country for many years. Never in my life has a move been so terrible!! 1. CREW WAS RUDE, USED FOUL LANGUAGE, COMPLAINED RELENTLESSLY AND MANIPULATED MY TIME TO CHARGE ME MORE!!! I scheduled a month ago and was told they would call me the day before to let me know when to expect them. They were 4 hours late from the time they gave me the day before, with no courtesy call or anything! I was moving from a small 2 bedroom (700 sq ft) and had moved all the boxes before they got there, but it was over $400!!! I ordered a pizza while waiting for them to get to my new spot and the pizza made it to the house before the movers!! They actually broke the door moving things out of my house! They were about an hour late. Which I get happens. And don't get me wrong they were all very nice and professional but I had explained that needed all the heavy things out. They left my charcoal grill, didn't pack the linen closet, left my kitchenaid mixer and several other odds and ends. I asked multiple times to pack these things. My vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaner. Unfortunately the 2 guys that moved me broke the legs on my most expensive piece of furniture. I was charged almost $700 for 4 hours to move less than a mile away. Still have not had my phone call returned from the company claiming they can "fix" my custom furniture piece that was broken that all my sons called a claim into. Then come to find out my couch they put in storage has tears and scuffs covering it!! I will not be recommending all my sons for moving anything. So disappointing.

It's been a year since All My Sons moved my things. I just paid 100 to replace the glass in a picture they broke because it was not properly packed. I did file a claim about that and other things that were ruined in the move because of poor handling and packing. They denied the claim because I signed after they loaded me. Do yourself and your things a favor and pick another mover. These people are horrible!
