They do not want to be your friend because friends are there this company sucks! 10 minutes before they are to be there the guy calls and says sorry no trucks no men!!!!!! Wanted me to reschedule after I had put a deposit down to hold that day! Would not recommend using this company
10 mins, YES, 10 mins prior to the scheduled arrival time for the moving company to help my Mother-In-Law move, they canceled. The excuse was they had to go out of town the day before and did not have a truck or driver. They had the nerve to ask if she could reschedule. It’s just not that simple when you move, there a restraints. We hired this company for a reason, as we did not have “able” friends and family to make this move for this wonderful woman. The original quote was almost double the final bill. Jerry Henshaw, the operations manager was exceptionally rude and horrible and unwilling to even listen to my concerns and actually hung up on me after holding our furniture hostage and telling us never to call them again. Mario, another manager, actually listened to our concerns and refunded us. Our actual movers and Mario were exceptional. Someone like Jerry Henshaw should not be in a customer service or supervisor position.
They could pay for the damage to my wood floors without me having to take them to court.....
I was so disappointed this move! I had used this company before and was so happy but this time was a terrible experience. My new fridge ended up dinged up, my brand new black bedroom set has a huge gash in it. To top it off I was told I needed to pay for an extra two hours and if they got done before I would get a refund! The guy showed my husband he “stopped the clock” as they got done an hour early but they sat in front of our drive way for almost an hour. Called and cancelled my move! as I was standing waiting for the truck to show up the phone rang and they said they weren't coming. DO NOT USE EVER!!! I had my move scheduled for 2 weeks, they confirmed the day before then left me hanging. I was forced to pay double what I should have when I finally found someone to help! BEWARE!!!!!
hired them to move my daughter and one guy pocketed my grandson wallet and she demanded it back he gave it back then they unloaded her stuff in drive way and left us in a bind. they didnt offer to make it right or send some one else. i would not recommend them. all they offerd was to refund our money. and we was back to square one again,
I’m going to elaborate on the good things first before I complain. They were right on time. The final bill was much, much lower than I was quoted. They went out of their way to pick up a new mattress and box springs I purchased the night before the move. Now for what went wrong: 1) I was given 3 quotes: I pack everything, They assist, They do it all. I went for their assist to pack what I had been unable to.
