This company is nothing but a bunch of ROBBERS who use any excuse to keep your money and it actually get you moved. Do not use this company!! They shouldn’t even be in business at this point!! I will make sure my family and friends NEVER use this disgraceful “company”
I hired All My Sons Moving to do a very simple move for me. I was quoted an hourly rate of $114 an hour plus an hour for the movers’ travel (which is bogus - it takes like 20 minutes to get to and from Norman, but nonetheless I agreed to it) plus a 7% fuel fee. Absolutely terrible experience. My roommate and I decided to pay someone to move our stuff so we didn’t have to recruit friends and deal with the stress. I called All my sons and they were super polite and professional on the phone so I decided to go with them. Well this ended up being more stressful and an absolute nightmare. Not only were our items damaged which is partially expected when moving some were even broken or missing. I had to ask where the piece to my broken metal candlestick was. The man said, "We put it in a box somewhere." Absolutely unacceptable to not notify me it was broken. One mover told me over and over how much he liked the t-rex head drawer pulls to my infant sons dresser. He removed them himself without telling or asking anyone. DO NOT USE THEM! Call GOOD TO GO MOVERS!!! If I could give less than one star I would. They scheduled me a few weeks before our move, they seemed great. The day of the move, they were supposed to be there at 830 or 900, they called at 800 to say they had no drivers. Now, keep in mind they were going to send 3 men and a truck.. one of the other men couldn’t drive? They had no sympathy at all.. just sorry maybe you can find a same day mover!?!
our moving crew was touted as being the A team. They were 3hrs and 45m late our boxes were not labeled oh wait at least 3 of them were big screen tv broken figurines smashed long story short engage this company at your peril NEVER NEVER NEVER again
Quote for service changed from initial booking. Low and mid-level employees polite and helpful, Operations manager was rude and without any understanding of business management principals. Changed time of move twice and cancelled the move when I complained. He did refund my deposit when I requested it. Overall they’re in it for them not you and it shows.
Let me start out by saying the guys who actually moved my stuff were great. It was the customer service that was horrible. I was booked by someone at corporate, and the job was handled by a local franchisee. When booking, I was promised a "$40" flat fee fuel surcharge and $149 an hour that started when the guys arrived. When i got my bill (that i was expecting to be around $700) It was like $1,091. They charged me a 14% fuel surcharge, rather than the $40, plus they charged me $149 travel time, which was never mentioned. The... read more
They charged me a $250 deposit, showed up at the end of the possible window. Went out to get supplies, had their supervisor call me and say they refused to do the job. They lied and said there was feces in the house. There wasn't. There were dog food and rabbit food bags that had spilled because my son has Autism and poor coordination.
