I have read several of reviews before I decided to go with All My Son. Knowing it will be expensive, but since the smoothness of moving and professionalism is my priority, I still chosen them to try. They are equipped well and the workers seems do have the knowledge of how to protect the furniture etc. Everything looks fine until it came to the billing moments. This is the worst moving company ever. Stolen items, damaged furniture and rude customer service from their office manager in Oklahoma City.

The 2 guys they sent were pretty good but overly cautious. You could tell it was a "by the hour" payment. The problem is that they lie about their charges. I called for a quote and was told $79/hour with a 3 hour minimum. They estimated my move to take 3 hours start to finish. I was told the clock started when they arrived and stopped when they left. What I wasn't told, until it was time to UNLOAD, was there were a bunch more charges. $66.36 for fuel to travel 16 miles, $79 for "travel" and then it took them 6 hours for... read more

These people canceled on me on the morning of my move! They do a great sales pitch on the phone. They were super nice when they confirmed my move two days beforehand. But after waiting several hours the morning they were scheduled to arrive and playing phone tag with my sales rep, the manager, etc., they finally admitted they weren't coming at all. It was a major inconvenience. They shouldn't get away with this stuff.

Here is my deal with All My Sons moving. I didnt use the storage, so i cant comment on it. I moved 3 miles from my old house to my new one. In 3 miles they managed to "lose" a entire cupboard of items. I also am disappointed that it took so long for them to pack us out. they said a 4 hour job tops. They took 8 hours just to pack us out and another 2 to unpack us. I believe 100% the employee who quit after moving us stole our belongings. I initially made an appointment with this moving company and my deposit information was taken. I was then informed of extra charges AFTER my information was taken. When I called to let them know I was not informed of these charges, I was called a liar. They informed me that I had nothing to complain about because they already quoted me a mid month mid week price and could do nothing for me. I reserved a truck with all my sons for a move from Oklahoma city. My things were to be picked up on June 12th and delivered on June 17th. Chris from all my sons called me on June 11th to tell me that they would be picking my things up . The movers came, none of them in uniform in an Enterprise truck with nothing representing the moving company other than the contracts. I used this service for a recent move from an apartment to a duplex. I've moved about 10 times in the last decade, and the last two times I've used professional movers. I have a problem with my leg that has forced me to do this, and this last time I really wish I hadn't!
