I had two homes packed up and ready to be moved and they cancelled on me 15 minutes before they were supposed to show up because the roads were slushy. I was prepared for a delay of one or two hours, but to just completely cancel and leave a person high and dry when by 9 AM the roads in OKC were either just wet or completely dry was inexcuseable. Worst customer service ever.
The guys that do the moving are great! it's the office. I was quoted $119 per hour and ended up with a 650.00 bill for 2.5 hours of work. They still haven't refunded my money for overcharging me for supplies. I am very put out by this company.
Worst experience ever. One mover asked to use my restroom and he used a towel to wipe his butt after he was done 15 minutes later. Then the other lazy employee stayed on his phone constantly. So disturbing and I will be making a call to the better business bureau!
A complete mess...One crew left leaving the other crew behind. Their truck was not even full. The other crew (which were good) stayed until 10 pm to try and finish but couldn’t. I had to go to each room and tell them they missed items. The managers (Jerry and Marco) said they were going to make it right and give me some refund but they never called and they don’t return my messages now. Finally, I have a lot of damage. Literally the WORST experience I’ve ever had. Movers drop things repeatedly, left their trash, AND we ended up being charged double what we were quoted. Don’t use these people!!!!
I wish I could NOT GIVE THEM ANY STARS. We hired All My Sons Moving Company out of Oklahoma City to load our 26ft Uhaul truck (trying to save my husbands bad back). When they told me that everything wouldn’t fit in our Uhaul truck I said, ok. And drove 30min one way to rent an additional Uhaul trailer. (Uhaul on Memorial Rd is awesome by the way). All My Sons was HORRIBLE. I should never have given them payment. They told us everything still would not fit after I got the trailer. After they left. We went to check out the job... read more

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A SINGLE MOM. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND LABOR. SAVE YOUR MONEY, FURNITURE, AND HEADACHE AND GO ELSEWHERE.
