I DO NOT RECOMMEND To move my 1 bed, 1 bath apartment I was originally quoted $402 for the move. On the day of the move, the movers started right away and I filled out my paperwork 10-15 minutes in. As we went through there was an estimate saying I would need to pay $567. I spoke with the Littleton Manager during the process to explain that this is much higher than I was originally quoted. like everyone else says....get ready for your bill to be double what they say. They moved 4 pieces of furniture for over $1000 after quoting $496. the move was 4 miles and I was charged $175 for fuel.
Company illegally dumped on my property. They defied our signs, cameras and sirens and continued to fill our dumpster. We called them and they said they would take care of it. They didn't. We drove to our property to throw their trash out of our dumpster and they continued to ADD TO IT!!! Another phone call yielded ZERO results and the guy could care less. Completely unprofessional, and I have multiple security videos capturing their trespassing. I will be contacting the authorities.
Hire someone else. Should've looked at yelp the other reviews on their website have to be fake. Stole property charged insane amount.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This was the worst move we have had including several overseas moves while in the military. Thye punched a hole in a $2,000 sofa. Several Lladro's and other mementos were crushed and/or broken due to not being adequately padded inside the moving box. Furniture was wrapped in moving blankets when picked up but the blankets were gone after being delivered from temporary storage at the All My Sons storage facility. Katie just hung up on me after treating my fiancée and I very rudely over the phone. HUGE RIP OFF. Use another company. $1300 for a 2br house 5 minutes away. We spent HALF this amount with Alpine Moving Co last year and we came from Fort Collins with more things. We contracted for 3 movers and they gave us 2. This drastically impacted the time spent on the move and increased our cost because the move took longer and the 19% fuel charge is a percentage of the overall move. Their initial pricing is just a bait and switch. Please do not use them. They tell you initially that the charges are a minimum of two hours at 179.00. You give them the deposit and you get an email a day or two later that alludes to other charges. You get a call the day before the move and the agent goes into full detail. There is a minimum of two hours of labor at $179.00 per hour, an additional hour of travel time at $179.00, and a fuel charge of $130.00. My daughter hired this company to move her about a mile - mile and a half. She was quoted $800.00 but when it came time to pay the bill was suddenly $1525.00. And when it became apparent she was having difficulty coming up with the payment the guys suddenly had to take a break, stopped unloading. One star is actually more than they deserve. I wish that I had read previous reviews before I booked them. Based on my experience and what I read. Their business model seems to be to OVERCHARGE for substandard service. Do not hire this company!
