DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! It's a complete bait and switch. When you first call you talk to somebody super pleasant on the phone, who promises that the price would only be around $3600 (for a 1600 sq ft house). Then after they've worked at $189 an hour with a three man crew for 5 hours, they suddenly tell you that they're bringing in two more guys and the cost would be $287 an hour. I was quoted at $1200 for a 2 bedroom apartment. Super inappropriate. The guy said it's probably high. They come out at whatever time they feel like. Three guys that move INSANELY slow. From 845 to 430. I said I had to go at 4 hours when they were no where near done, to deal with my babysitter. They said they were done. I would give them negative stars if it were a thing. More than doubled the price, completely damaged my newly installed doorframe and door and then ruined the hardwood at my parents home where the items where taken. Filed claim and said they were only allowed to pay a certain amount per pound. As my situation is not measured in pounds they just decided on a number and didn't look at the bid I got to fix it. Scam! Price was double what they quoted, double! And one of their movers took a shit in our bathroom that had no toilet paper without our knowledge and then continued to shake our hands before leaving, wtf. One of those hindsight moments for sure! Do not use this company!
If I could select no stars I would. This company is a scam! Do not use them! Read the reviews on Google since clearly they remove them on Yelp, and trust your instinct!
