I just finished helping my friend unload her belongings, after she paid All My Sons $4000 to help her pack and move. They broke her husband's (who is a veteran btw) urn, opened packages that were gift wrapped for her son for Christmas and, the ashes that were in the broken urn they "tried " to put back but mistakenly put what was left of his ashes in her matching urn! Buyer beware...bait and switch company. No transparency!! Quoted one price by Michale. 179.00 upon delivery price was doubled. There's absolutely no transparency in All my Sons Moving Tried to discuss this situation with the dispatcher....a deaf ear I called again on 9/16...only to speak with the rudeness of all times in customer service. I asked to speak with Randy or Laura...didn't happen Buyer beware this is a bait and switch company

Worst moving experience ever. Movers showed up late, moved slowly, took breaks, and inflated time. Tried charging me for 5 hours for a 3-mile move, plus $385 in packing supplies I never used. Final bill jumped from $1,500 to nearly $2,000 due to internal errors. Completely unprofessional and dishonest. Avoid All My Sons--go with Fischer Van Lines, Local Moving LLC, or Altitude Movers instead.

Refuses to give you a quote unless you let them build a file on you with all your personal data (including information unnecessary for a quote like phone numbers, names, emails ect.) If you're shopping around for movers and quotes skip these guys

I booked this moving company with a hundred dollar deposit months ago. Specifically asked for morning. Didn't hear anything until a few days before the move. They bumped me to a 12 to 3 window, not happy, but ok. Didn't get a call until 340pm saying they'd meet me at 4. Then...THEN the paperwork I had to sign was for a minimum of 600 dollars! We were moving a small storage unit (which took 15 minutes to load), and driving 10 minutes away. They unloaded everything, AFTER I paid $544, he said he was working with me...... read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE.. BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING!!!!!They will quote you one low quote, load all your stuff up, THEN TELL YOU A PRICE 3 to 5 TIMES MORE!! Then hold your stuff hostage unless you pay. If you don't pay they'll put it in storage and charge an even higher fee!! Unless you're an influencer, DO NOT USE THEM Multiple people from my apartment complex have had the SAME EXPERIENCE!! BADDD

Absolutely terrible and stressful end result. I hired this company to move my brother's things across town while I was away. My brother has stage 4 COPD and is wheelchair-bound. The company quoted me a certain number of items they would move for a high price. They not only moved those things and left them (my brother ended up losing them), but they were hostile with him, they overcharged my card, and charged me sooner then they said they would. The Moving crew for the most part were great. However my wall unit bookcase was damaged as well as my garage door. I sent the claim form Joe Casarez is my damage accessor. I received an offer of $120. Unless Joe himself is going to fix my garage door and replace my damaged furniture. Unless this is rectified. I will go to court !!

I've used this service in the past when we moved into our current place over 3 years ago. Looking through recent reviews proves to me that their service has not improved in that time. To confirm what others have reported, the quoting process was quick and easy, and they are very responsive at lining up their services, but they egregiously under-quoted our move (initial quote was 1/2 of the actual charge).
