Absolutely terrible and stressful end result. I hired this company to move my brother's things across town while I was away. My brother has stage 4 COPD and is wheelchair-bound. The company quoted me a certain number of items they would move for a high price. They not only moved those things and left them (my brother ended up losing them), but they were hostile with him, they overcharged my card, and charged me sooner then they said they would. The Moving crew for the most part were great. However my wall unit bookcase was damaged as well as my garage door. I sent the claim form Joe Casarez is my damage accessor. I received an offer of $120. Unless Joe himself is going to fix my garage door and replace my damaged furniture. Unless this is rectified. I will go to court !!

I've used this service in the past when we moved into our current place over 3 years ago. Looking through recent reviews proves to me that their service has not improved in that time. To confirm what others have reported, the quoting process was quick and easy, and they are very responsive at lining up their services, but they egregiously under-quoted our move (initial quote was 1/2 of the actual charge). We've now used this company three times, and for the second time, critical parts of our furniture have gone missing. Last year, it was the legs to our couch. This time, it's the feet to our desk--which still haven't been found. While we did receive reimbursement for the couch legs, it's extremely frustrating that this continues to happen. Absolutely traumatizing experience. Not only was this company very unprofessional they either broke, scratched or dented EVERY single item of furniture. I was quoted a cost for the move to be 400-500$ for a move 1 mile down the road and they tried to charge me 1.3k and held my items in the truck until I paid. One of the crew members had me sign 30 mins of paperwork on arrival without explaining any of it to me and running up the time for the hourly price, then asked me for a phone charger, took a 30 minute bathroom break and... read more

Absolutely scammed us, do NOT use this company. They told us the hourly rate was $179 and no fee for the truck. Ended up charging us almost $900 for a 2-hour move, and all of the furniture was already wrapped up for them. They called it "transportation, materials, and fuel" for a 2 hour move. Absolute rip off and fraud

Run far far away. If I could give zero stars, I would. When I called for 2 bedroom condo move, they quoted with 2 movers at $169 per hour. Mind you we were moving 1.5 miles away. We moved our entire kitchen, pantry, food, laundry room, and clothes ourselves along with all luggage, shoes, coats, bedding, sheets, blankets. I really should've looked at Yelp reviews opposed to Google. Prepare to be hustled with this team. They quote low and charge double. Fees are not clear in the way that they charge. Their customer service team is also very good at gaslighting. For a small one bedroom it cost over 750 even though they said they took off fees for items that were not used. I moved a small living room worth of larger items 15 minutes up the road. The movers were so slow I started taking stuff away to just move in my own car. Very very disappo... read more
