I am a six month patient of this outfit and it is unbelievably incompetent. from the doctor, nurses and even their IMS site. They ask you to write your messages and it goes to a black hole where you can't see it again and no one answers your question. I had a blood test for venom five months ago and no protocol as to what they will do with the information was forthcoming. I asked many times and it seems like no one understands the question.
