I had an 8 am appointment. Got a text to come 15 minutes early so I did. They didn't open until 8 and then the tech was late for work and didn't get there and see me until 8:40. If you had a classroom full of children you couldn't just get to work an hour late and say you were stuck in traffic.🤨
Johanna is an awesome NP. She is complete with her exam. She is kind, considered and understanding. She actually listen to how I feel. Her assistant Andrea is also kind and considered as well. They have a great team. Sincerely and grateful, Joyce Ann Gilette RN

I went to a corporate doctor, not local understanding doctor who will deal with me, not follow corporate standard operation process.
Lisa did a great job explaining things and laid out a game plan to get me feeling better.

From the moment we walked in the door with the receptionist, to the nursing assistant, and even the doctor we saw, they were all so very kind & made time to actually get to know my kiddo & address all her issues thoroughly. They took time to be sure she was getting the correct treatment for her condition. It felt like walking in to a visit with family instead of a stale dr visit that makes you wait forever & then rushes you out the door quickly! I am very pleased.
