I am a relatively new patient getting allergy shots once a week. I have been turned away at the last 3 weeks I have presented myself at the clinic to get the shots. They give shots on Monday and Tuesday. Two times (weeks) before, they told me they stopped the shots for the day because of a computer issue. I am a six month patient of this outfit and it is unbelievably incompetent. from the doctor, nurses and even their IMS site. They ask you to write your messages and it goes to a black hole where you can't see it again and no one answers your question. I had a blood test for venom five months ago and no protocol as to what they will do with the information was forthcoming. I asked many times and it seems like no one understands the question. I had an 8 am appointment. Got a text to come 15 minutes early so I did. They didn't open until 8 and then the tech was late for work and didn't get there and see me until 8:40. If you had a classroom full of children you couldn't just get to work an hour late and say you were stuck in traffic.🤨

I went to a corporate doctor, not local understanding doctor who will deal with me, not follow corporate standard operation process.
