There needs to be a dedicated person giving allergy shots. The poor nurse was trying to give shots to a full waiting room and get the patients ready to see the NP. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment and then was told I couldn't get my allergy shot the day I saw the NP. That is an utter waste of time and a lack of respect for peoples time. The staff in the office today were working very hard. This review is not directed at them.
Office was a little late opening. Staff is extremely pleasant. Joanna, ARNP, was excellent. She listened!.

This was my first visit to AklerVie in Brownwood. Medically speaking, it was a good experience. However, I waited exactly 1 hour to see the PA. That is not a good experience.
