From the moment we walked in the door with the receptionist, to the nursing assistant, and even the doctor we saw, they were all so very kind & made time to actually get to know my kiddo & address all her issues thoroughly. They took time to be sure she was getting the correct treatment for her condition. It felt like walking in to a visit with family instead of a stale dr visit that makes you wait forever & then rushes you out the door quickly! I am very pleased.

There needs to be a dedicated person giving allergy shots. The poor nurse was trying to give shots to a full waiting room and get the patients ready to see the NP. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment and then was told I couldn't get my allergy shot the day I saw the NP. That is an utter waste of time and a lack of respect for peoples time. The staff in the office today were working very hard. This review is not directed at them.
