I have been waiting to leave feedback since I was supposed to be getting a phone call from the owner last week, but he never called.Everything was a disaster from the beginning and only got worse. Job started 2 days late, day labor workers show up with no uniforms on, 1 was 8 months pregnant,The workers knocked holes in my garage wall,knocked over a brick wall around flower bed that keeps dirt in and water out. Allied installed ********** and replaced 22 windows for us in 2006. Job went great and we were totally satisfied. Fast forward to June, 2022. Allied installed ********** and replaced 6 windows on a different home. Night and day difference. Experience was horrible and we couldn’t be more dissatisfied. Little to no communication until it came time for final payment at which time call was very prompt. Workers weren’t supervised. I used these guys in the past and had a pretty ok experience with them. Ok enough that I had even referred them. NEVER AGAIN!!! On day one Jesse and his crew was totally unprofessional, didn’t come with all the pertinent tools to do the job. Rather than doing each window at a time, they took out all the windows, leaving my home completely exposed. I wish I could leave a more positive review. The initial install took as long as it did (4 month wait) due to the widow supplier, and even then the communication from Allied was only so-so. When a pane cracked the day after the install, we promptly filed a claim for a new window. That was back in January '21. We have received very little communication from Allied, and we always have to initiate it. When they do reply, its usually "the supplier said such-and-such" and then "we received your replacement window, we'll contact y... read more

Customer service is terrible, I wish I could rate the actual work but we have yet to have our siding, windows and doors installed but we are paying on them. Nobody will call us back so at this point I just want to cancel the job. This is the worst decision I have ever made working with allied, I work with homeowner associations so I deal with a lot of different vendors and this experience has been the worst I will never recommend them personally or professionally

"Go with Allied" they said! "It's a reputable company with Nolan Ryan's face on it" they said! It sounded good, so we went with Allied Siding and Windows! Signed a contract on January 27,2018 foi plank siding, installation of 2 sets of French doors and two windows. Job completed end of March 2018. First of many complaints made to Allied, installers left a whole on the corner of the house, top plate of inside wall was exposed for water and critters to gain entrance. They came and "fixed" it?! Contractors used a restroom without permission and was flooded. They never paid for the damage. Also the outside lighting fixtures were broken and never replaced. I have emails where they accepted causing the damage and over a year no response or payment. Stay away from this business.

Allied supplied and installed 39 windows at a cost of almost $20K. The crew was very careless and in a big hurry to get finished. As a result, it has cost me almost $10K to repair damage to the sheetrock and wood trim around the windows they installed. I tried to get them to slow down and be more careful in their work, but to no avail.

We are not impressed at all. They did not do a good job for us, they skipped things even when they were pointed out, they fudged things instead of making them right. They failed to pull the permits even after I specifically asked if they would do so, delaying the job by 4 days after the city code enforcement shut them down. They didn't do one part of the job at all, even though I asked them repeatedly about it. Now they say it will be to hard to go back and fix it. They damaged our outdoor A/C unit and don't want to fix that... read more
