Great experience. We had an issue with a door (manufacturer defect) and Allied stayed on the issue to get it resolved. Wished I'd used them on my old house- I would have had a few less gray hairs!

Allied Siding and Windows is by far the best siding and window company to do business with in the Austin area.
This was a great experience and the gentleman that assisted us was Jay ***** We were please with the estimates and the service and would recommend him and the company to any friends and family.
Enjoyed working with this company. Trustworthy people that actually care about you. I have absolutely no complaints about quality of service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy. I would definitely come back to this company in the future.

Not sure why this company has an A+ rating. Today was the last straw. To start at the beginning, we decided to go with this company for windows because we were told by the salesperson in early, mid-December that we could expect our windows by the end of January. Once the contract was signed and payment was made, the effort on the part of the company stopped there. In addition to windows, we tried to order an exterior front door via the same salesperson.
