Allied Siding and Windows is by far the best siding and window company to do business with in the Austin area.
This was a great experience and the gentleman that assisted us was Jay ***** We were please with the estimates and the service and would recommend him and the company to any friends and family.
Enjoyed working with this company. Trustworthy people that actually care about you. I have absolutely no complaints about quality of service. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy. I would definitely come back to this company in the future.

I called Allied Siding and Window after hearing about their great deal on am 740 in Houston Tx. Every day I hear buy two windows get two free. I needed two new windows so thought what a great place. I called and you found out you have to buy a minimum of 5 windows with install and after that they will talk to you about possible discounts. Excuse me? Just know up front.. they say two coats but that means back and forth NOT let it dry and come back and spray again. The contractor was in such a hurry to get the job done. The paint job had to be repainted in sections. Very sloppy with putting the gutters up, most were crooked. They don’t pay attention to details, just want to get the job done. They need to slow down. I never knew who I was supposed to communicate with. Spent a lot of money to have crooked anything and streaky paint.

I have been waiting to leave feedback since I was supposed to be getting a phone call from the owner last week, but he never called.Everything was a disaster from the beginning and only got worse. Job started 2 days late, day labor workers show up with no uniforms on, 1 was 8 months pregnant,The workers knocked holes in my garage wall,knocked over a brick wall around flower bed that keeps dirt in and water out. Allied installed ********** and replaced 22 windows for us in 2006. Job went great and we were totally satisfied. Fast forward to June, 2022. Allied installed ********** and replaced 6 windows on a different home. Night and day difference. Experience was horrible and we couldn’t be more dissatisfied. I used these guys in the past and had a pretty ok experience with them. Ok enough that I had even referred them. NEVER AGAIN!!! On day one Jesse and his crew was totally unprofessional, didn’t come with all the pertinent tools to do the job. Rather than doing each window at a time, they took out all the windows, leaving my home completely exposed. Thank you Harold for sharing your experience. Jesse has been with Allied for over 20 years and I must admit this is the first less than stellar BBB review we have ever received involving him. The information he shared with the office coupled with photos suggest, there may be a differing of opinions on the work quality.
I wish I could leave a more positive review. The initial install took as long as it did (4 month wait) due to the widow supplier, and even then the communication from Allied was only so-so. When a pane cracked the day after the install, we promptly filed a claim for a new window. That was back in January '21. We have received very little communication from Allied, and we always have to initiate it.
