Customer service in regards to warranty work is very poor. Have been waiting since early October for warranty repair to be completed. Reported issue with flashing coming off house in 1 area and hanging from upstairs roof area in another area. Flashing still hanging from house. We received email response that there were no workers available to do any warranty work. I have left several messages for supervisor to call me back but have never received call.
